Article 2 - Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders via the webshop www.seens.nl

2.2 By placing an order you agree to these general terms and conditions. Read them before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@seens.nl

2.3 In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to certain products, if expressly stated.

2.4 Situations that are not covered by these general terms and conditions must be assessed 'in the spirit' of these general terms and conditions.

2.5 Seens reserves the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions from time to time.

Article 3 – The offer

3.1 All our products are second-hand. Therefore, traces of use or damage cannot be ruled out. For each product that is offered, the condition of the product is shown and described as clearly as possible. The actual colours of the product may differ slightly from the photos. The product can be viewed in real life during opening hours or by appointment.

3.2 If after purchase it appears that, despite the photos and description, the expectation was different from the actual product, we would like to hear about it. In that case, the order can be returned (article 9). This cannot be a reason to file a claim.

3.3 The offer is without obligation and often there is only one product in stock. Seens is entitled to change and adjust the offer.

3.4 Because Seens products are not immediately removed from the site after ordering, it is possible that a product is ordered/requested by two customers at the same time. If this happens, the product is sold to the person who ordered the product first. We also try to carefully inform the other party of this to prevent disappointment.

Article 4 - The agreement

4.1 This agreement is applicable at the moment the payment is made. Until that moment Seens is the owner of the product.

4.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the details of your order and confirmation of your payment.

Article 5 – Payment & payment methods

5.1 You can pay safely via the Seens webshop via Ideal or Bancontact. When you pick up the product, cash payment or payment via an ASN payment request is also possible.

5.2 In the event that we accidentally state an incorrect price on the website, and it is an obvious mistake, we have the right to adjust it. Even if you have already ordered the product.

5.3 The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. At this moment the products are VAT-free. Business customers can therefore not reclaim VAT.

5.4 Payments via the webshop are processed with the Mollie payment system.

Article 6 – Delivery

6.1 Orders from Seens are shipped with PostNL or DHL.

6.2 If you provide the wrong delivery address, are not at home at the time of delivery, or provide the wrong delivery option, you will be charged these additional costs.

6.3 Seens usually sends orders twice a week. Normally this is on Tuesday and Friday, but these days can vary. If for whatever reason this is later, we will keep you informed. Do you need a product earlier for a special occasion? Please contact us and we will see what the possibilities are.

6.4 If damage has occurred during delivery or shipment, we will work together to find a suitable solution. It is important to share photos of the damage with us. To do this, follow the PostNL guidelines when it comes to a shipment.

Article 7 – Inspection period

7.1 We hope to make you happy with your order. If you have ordered something and something appears to be wrong, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.

Article 8 – Compliance with the agreement

8.1 All items are second-hand (Article 4). The condition of the products is checked to make sure they can go for a second life.

8.2 There is no guarantee on Seens products. If there is something wrong with the product within a reasonable time, please send a message to info@seens.nl

Article 9 - Returns

9.1 Returns or exchanges are possible up to 14 days after receipt. Send an email to info@seens.nl for the return address.

9.2 The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. It is therefore important that you pack the product very well when you return something.

9.3 You will receive, provided the condition of the product is unchanged, the order amount excluding shipping costs refunded. The responsibility and shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

9.4 Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection.

9.5 If the products are damaged or incomplete, Seens has the right to refuse the returned goods.

9.6 Refunds can only be made to the account used to make the original payment.

Article 10 - Copyright

10.1 All images used by Seens are protected by copyright. Images may be used publicly in accordance with Seens (info@seens.nl), and Seens will be mentioned upon publication.

Article 11 – Disputes

Agreements between Seens and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Even if the consumer resides abroad.
