What condition are the products in?

The vintage home accessories that we sell mainly come from the 50s, 60s or 70s. So they have been around for a while. It is therefore possible that the product contains damage or user traces. These user traces are part of the charm of such a unique and old product. With one product this may be more than with another. That is why we try to record and describe the condition of the product as well as possible. So that you know what you are buying!

Can I also come by or pick up a product?

Yes! Every order can be picked up for free during our opening hours at the pick up point (collect within 14 days).

Can I reserve an item?

Would you like to view the product before you buy it? We can reserve the product for you for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days, the product will be available again for other customers. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Do you also sell gift vouchers?

Yes, you can order gift cards from Seens vintage easily here .

How does shipping work and what are the shipping costs?

Shipments are via PostNL. You will receive the track & trace code in your mailbox. It is possible that this ends up in your spam mail.
Shipping costs (from €7.50) vary per product and per country. The costs are calculated automatically when you place a product in your shopping cart. If a product cannot be shipped, this is indicated in the description. In that case, you can also have the product delivered. The shipping rates are listed below.

How long does shipping take?

When you choose to collect, the product will be ready at our collection point the next business day. Shipments are sent out every two weeks (normally on Tuesdays & Fridays). Usually you will receive your order the day after, or two days after the shipping day.

Does Seens also ship to Belgium?

Yes, we also ship to Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place a product in the shopping cart. You can easily pay via Bancontant.

Payment options

You can easily pay via iDEAL or Bancontant via the webshop. It is also possible to transfer the amount for shipping manually. These options are offered to you during the ordering process.
If you want to view something first: it is also possible to pay on the spot during collection. There is a cash machine available.

I have not received an order confirmation, what now?

Unfortunately, our order and shipping confirmations sometimes end up in the SPAM/junk mailbox. Can't figure it out? Please contact us.

Can I return my product?

This is possible, up to 14 days after receipt. The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. It is therefore important that you pack the product very well when you return something. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. The shipping costs to return the product are at your own expense.
