We had several of these bookcases in stock, as they were part of a larger bookcase unit. The previous owner from Düsseldorf used them for over 60 years, yet they are still in very good condition. The shelves are height-adjustable. The cabinet is a two-piece unit: the bookcase section sits on top of the sideboard with doors. Behind the doors, there are many (removable) sliding shelves. Ideal for documents, but you could also remove some if you want to store larger items.
The cabinet is made of teak veneer. The cabinet has some scratches here and there. The cabinet was made in Darmstadt (Germany) by WB-Möbel.
