This beautiful ceiling lamp is by the brand Doria. It was made in the 70s and has a brass frame and hand-blown globes. The glass lamp shades have small bubbles that create magical light.
It dates from Doria's heyday, after which the company went out of business in the late 80s due to the rise of mass production. This makes Doria a beloved brand among collectors.
