00246 Wow. Luxury at its best. This fantastic dark lacquered sideboard is not just any old one. It is a very luxurious vintage drinks cabinet, including light! With this you literally put all your alcoholic refreshments in the spotlight. It has two sliding doors: one made of glass, and one made of lacquered wood (with a great brass knob, and gold vertical lines). Behind the glass sliding door you will find a cord with which you turn on the light. The space is covered with green fabric, finished with copper knobs. There is a glass shelf for your most beautiful glassware, and underneath - on a mirror - there is space for drinks. When you open the right door, the light automatically comes on. There is storage space for extras. You can place them on the fantastic chic green felt, or underneath. The sideboard probably dates from the 50s/early 60s. Characteristic is the shiny, dark wood, the brass and gold finishes, the rounded corners and of course the tapered legs.
Condition: good. The sheet contains a discoloration, and traces of use that you can see - depending on the light - through the varnish. The edge also contains some damage. Nevertheless, that should not spoil the fun ;)
