00115 It can sometimes be difficult to determine from which period a piece of furniture comes. Especially because all the items are from long before my time (1996). Every now and then I regret that I skipped art history in high school – at the same time, I don't regret it at all. But hey, I learn a little bit more every day. From acquaintances, from Google and from books. That way I still make quite a bit of progress. What's nice about this sideboard is that I already had a suspicion from which period it came. The model is reminiscent of the 60s, but the details are not. They are made of chrome. The 60s mainly had a lot of gold elements, a little later chrome was hip. In addition, the drawers are bright orange on the inside, also not entirely appropriate for the 60s. Once I found the label, it confirmed my suspicion - that it was made just after the 60s. It was made in December 1971! Made by the German furniture manufacturer Lange in the town of Bünde. And this company still exists! Still nice, such an answer to such puzzles. About the vintage cabinet: a true beauty, ideal size, high quality with practical storage spaces.

Condition: good, does contain signs of use and scratches due to age as can be seen in the photos.
