This amazingly large rug comes straight from the 70s. The carpet comes from a house where time, or rather the interior, has literally stood still. The previous owner who bought it in the 70s has since moved, and so the rug can now make a new generation happy. The irony is that, now more than 50 years later, interior design magazines are again full of the colors of this carpet. Trendy again, but with this carpet, you get the original.
The carpet is from the brand Adoros and consists of six different types of polyacrylic wool: off-white/cream, beige, light brown, rust brown, and dark brown. Each color has a different texture: high pile/low pile.
We have thoroughly vacuumed the rug and cleaned it with a carpet cleaner. However, there are still a few small stains/discolorations on the top, and the bottom is yellowed and stained. If you want it to be completely like new, you could take it to a professional carpet cleaning service, who will clean it thoroughly.
