This vintage plastic lamp was designed for the company Rotaflex in England by Sylvia and John Reid. The lamp was made in the late 1950s from a hollow plastic 'wire', which was wound into a beautiful convex shade. The light grey wire contains a light shimmer, as can be seen in the close-up photo. The use of plastic as in this lamp was very innovative at the time.
Condition: Very good, some signs of use here and there.
