This great coffee table is made of teak wood veneer in the 60s. The top is reversible: one side is teak, and the other side is covered with formica in a pinkish marble look. Why is this so? There is a practical reason: the formica top was used daily. Formica is easy to clean, so you don't need coasters and spilling is no problem. The beautiful side, the wooden top, came to light when visitors were expected. This iconic 60s design remains a beautiful specimen!
