It is made with solid crystal pendants, and a frame that is gilded with brass. Although the lamp is made by the German company VEB Leuchten, the crystal glassware probably comes from the former Czech Republic Slovakia (Kamenický Šenov). This crystal pendant lamp provides a magical light and an atmospheric light drawing on the walls, as can be seen in the last photo.
